Open NZB

NZB is a file format deviced by Newzbin.com developers in order to facilitate headerless Usenet operation. In other words a .nzb file gives enough information for any NZB aware application to download the material specified in the file without downloading any headers. Newsflash Plus provides a way to download files with .NZB files in a couple of simple steps.

1. Select and open the .nzb file either with "Open NZB" toolbar button.
2. Select the items you want to download and click "Download".

Alternatively you can just drag and drop an NZB file into Newsflash Plus and the application will either download the contents of the file or open it depending on the drag and drop settings.



It is also possible to have Newsflash Plus watch certain folders for NZB files. Any .nzb files placed in these folders will get processed automatically and the contents downloaded.
